James and Faith have been married since 2015. They have two boys, Isaac and Simeon, aged 5 & 2. Before starting Igniting Ireland, James was a Business Development Manager within the catering industry. In 2017 the family moved to Redding, California, where James attended Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry for three years.

James is passionate to see people walk in the fullness of all Christ paid for on the cross. Salvation. Freedom. Health. Walking in power and experiencing all the Father has for them. He is passionate to see the Body of Christ in Ireland walk in unity and power to dismantle the enemies plans and usher in Gods plan for the two nations.
James and the family moved to Germany in January 2022 to serve as full-time missionaries to Ben Fitzgerald & Awakening Europe. As well as serving the local church, they are helping to start Awakening School of Ministry. They will also participate in regular street outreach and European wide missions trips.

While Elaine will be running the ministry on a day to day basis, James will regularly travel back home to help lead Igniting Ireland and work with local Church leaders and ministries.
